Strengthen your entire foundation in this full-body conditioning class designed to challenge and support your core, legs, and overall stability. Using resistance bands, Pilates balls, and blocks, you'll engage deep muscle groups and improve balance, flexibility, and control. Expect a strong focus on bodyweight leg work paired with targeted core exercises—all performed in a heated infrared environment enhanced with UV light and ozone for detoxification and increased circulation. Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and elevate your performance from the inside out.
