Lorraine Plowman
While I’ve been in this business for quite a while my passion and love for fitness and wellness has never been stronger as I recently became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) to go along with my Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certification and IDEA Health & Fitness Association (IDEA) membership. I am also CPR certified and certified in TRX suspension training.

I've had the privilege of guiding clients from all walks of life toward their unique goals. My training philosophy centers on functional movements that improve strength, flexibility, and balance for everyday life, creating personalized programs that are both challenging and enjoyable.
