Ryan is a personal fitness trainer at DFC. Her company MomentumFitness760 is dedicated to helping both men and women achieve their fitness goals. She holds the following certifications/specialties: NASM-PT/ NESTA-PT, NASM Performance Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, TRX Cert., Spartan and Obstacle Course Training, and CPR/AED.



Personal Trainer

Tyler Nix is a Certified Personal Trainer who was a two sport athlete while attending Minot State University. He received a scholarship to play football and then ran track and field as well. He was a Blue-Grey All American and San Diego Friday Night All Star his senior year of high school and is currently signed to play next spring for the San Diego Red Tails who are a brand new Professional Indoor Team for the IFL. His goal is to change as many lives as possible through fitness and sport just like the two did for him. With desire, dedication, and discipline you are bound to be successful with your goals.

Ezra is a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Practitioner, or CHEK practitioner for short.
He thoroughly assesses everyone he works with, finding exactly what is between them and their fitness goals- and then assists them to achieve them in a comprehensive and practical manner! He specializes in: Improving posture & restoring your ability to move well!
