Hello all our beautiful people. I'd love to have feedback on what you would like to see on our yoga classes. We really want to keep them going but need your help in doing so. We appreciate all you that have been keeping them alive but at the end of the day we need all your help in that. Please share any suggestions and ideas you may have. I do not think one can find another place in town offering such an amazing yoga class. I love Power Yoga, but this class is literally the essence of relaxation and detox thorough workout and breathing. The instructor Lorraine is absolutely amazing both professionally and at the persona level. The best of the best!!

These classes are the absolute highlight of my week and I look forward to going to them to de-stess, unwind and soothe my soul! I have taken many yoga classes in my day but the yoga teachers at DFC far exceed anyother place I have ever been! Thank you sooooo much for bringing a magical calm into my life!!!
